Membership Cancellation/Hold
To Hold or Cancel your recurring membership, complete this cancellation form. Your final 30-day payment will be processed today. The final payment will be pro-rated based upon where you are in your billing cycle.
CANCEL your membership: Your access to the gym will end 30 days from today. If you return, you will be subject to our new rates.
HOLD your membership: Your access to the gym will END TODAY, but if you return within 90 days, your first month back is already paid for. You will keep your existing membership rate.
If you are on a Family membership, please indicate in the comments which family members you are cancelling for.
